Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Beat sugar, egg, almond exttract and milk well. Then mixin the flour and baking powder. Slowly asdd the melted butter and mix. Pour into Rehrucken cake pan buttered and floured.

Bake for 38-45 mins until brown.

Top with powdered sugar
