Title: Apple Pecan Mushroom stuffing
Heat oven to 350 deg F
Over medium high heat olive oil. Saute diced fennel, chopped onion and chopped mushrooms until soft, 6-8 mins. Stir in chopped sage, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, reduce heat to low.
Stir in bread cut into 1/2 inch cubes, chopped apples, broth, pecans, parsley, salt and pepper
Cook 10 mins
Coat a 9 x 13 pan, bake until top is slightly crisp, 20 mins
