Title: Black bean soup

Preparation time: 2 hours
Soak beans overnight and precook.
Chop the celery, onion and carrots into bite size pieces. Put all the ingredients in a big pot and bring to a boil. Then mix it all together (you have to make sure to dissolve the cubes) simmer for about one hour, make sure you check it every 15 mins, (the water sometimes gets all soaked up bad stuff and burned pots) If water does get all soaked up about two cups of water does the trick. Continue cooking till beans get soft.
I like to add a dollop of sour cream, others like onions. Whichever is fine. This is an easy, filling, cheap soup. You will probably have all the ingredients except the beans in your house. Have fun and eat healthy
