Title: Bread, no knead, Dutch oven
Cooking time: 1 hour
Preparation time: 4 hours
Mix flour yeast and salt in a bowl - add water mix to make a sticky dough
Add more water if necessary.
Wrap the bowl in cling wrap and sit on counter for 3-4 hours
Flour a surface - scrape out dough and flour the dough - use a scraper to fold over a few times to make a ball of dough. Place in a bowl with parchment paper under. Oven at 450 deg F with dutch oven with temp resistant knob. Cover with a towel and leave for 35 mins while oven warming up.Use oven gloves to remove the dutch oven and add the bread with the parchment paper - put on lid and bake for 30 minutes. Remove parchment and lid and bake uncovered for approx 15 mins.
