Combine all the marinade ingredients in a glass bowl. Toss to combine, cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Bake Chicken in a hot oven (450 deg F) for 20 mins or until cooked.
Heat oil in heavy pan and add cumin seeds, after 20 secs add onion salt and garlic (minced). Cook for 5 mins then add lid and cook on low for 10 mins. Add ginger and all spices and simmer until fragrant.
Add other sauce ingredients and simmer for 20 mins. Add the chicken (deboned and cut into chunks).
Turn off the heat and add the cream and finish ingredients.
Serve with rice.
