Cook onion in veg oil, add garlic cloves, cumin seeds and salt. Cook down a long time till paste like. Add ginger and chicken...cook 10 mins. Add other ingredients except cream...cook 20 mins. Turn off heat and add cream, cilantro and a little garam masala to finish.
