Title: Chickpea Cobb Salad

A vegetarian cobb salad. I've done away with the french dressing in favor of a simple viagrette, wich I like more anyways. And by using soy "bacon" you get the smoky flavor and the crunch. Feel free to add and subtract, the original salad was a spur of the moment invention too.
Arrange greens on idividual plates. Distribute Beans over lettuce. Arrange eggs, tomato and avocado on greens.
Sprinkle with cheese, "Bacon" and chives.
Drizzle with dressing just before serving
