Heat oil med/high cook onion, garlic and ginger - couple of minutes.
Add tom paste, curry powder and red pepper flakes.
Add broth, coconut milk, tomatoes and lentils. Cover and bring to boil, simmer for 30 mins. Season with salt and pepper.
Before serving stir in spinach and garnish with cilantro.
