Poach fish in hot milk
5 minutes for white fish
8 minutes for salmon
De-skin and drain well
Sieve milk
Combine butter, flour and arrowroot and add to milk
Add in nutmeg, lemon juice, salt. Pepper, and bay leaf
Whisk until thick
Add parsley
Mix fish (don't break up pieces too much)
Drain prawns well and put on top
Pour sauce over top and fold in
Cool quickly and refrigerate
Portion and add layer sliced or mashed potatoes on top
Microwave for 2 minutes on high and bake in oven at 210 C for 12 minutes
