Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or nonstick foil
In a large bowl, combine sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, oats, and dried fruit. Mix well. Add dry mixture to yogurt mixture. Spread dough in prepared pan.
Bake 28 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars and store tightly covered for several days. To keep longer, package in individual snack bags and store, frozen, in a resealable freezer bag.
