Title: Kiwi and Crab Salad

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Peel the kiwi and cut it into thin slices. Do the same with the apple and avocados.
Pour the limejuice and mayonnaise into a bowl. Drain the crabmeat, add to the lime juice/mayonnaise mixture, sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix.
Prepare the plates by alternating slices of kiwi, apple and avocado with the crab mixture. Sprinkle pepper between each layer if desired. Serve chilled.
