Yield: 4 servings
Saute onions 5 mins. Add garlic, ginger,cumin and corriander - cook 1 minute.
Stir in water, toms, lentils and salt. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 35 - 45 minutes until lentils cooked.
Take 2 cups and blend, Stir in puree and heat through 3-5 mins
Just before serving stir in lemon juice and cilantro.
