Grease 9 x 13 pan with butter add bread , walnuts and raisins. In a lg bowl mix/whisk other 9 ingredients until blended. Let stand 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 325 F. bake 1 hr or until a knife comes out clean when inserted near the center. Let cool until just warm.


Can be made 1 day ahead - reheat before serving
