Combine everything in a large bowl. Form mixture into balls, Brown on all sides turning gently as they cook. Remove meat balls and drain excess oil.
Make a gravy, or sauce below and simmer for 45 mins
Sour cream sauce.
Add butter to brownings. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth, salt, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring until thickened and bubbly. Empty sour cream into a large bowl. Gradually add sauce, stirring constantly.
