Title: Orange sauce
Bring a small pan of salted water to a boil, add the orange zest and boil for about 5 minutes. Drain, transfer to a bowl of cold water and let cool in the water for 5 minutes. Drain and cut into long thin strips.
In a frying pan over medium heat melt the butter add the onion and saute untill translucent, about 3 mins. Add the flour, wine and orange juice. Season to taste with salt and allow to cook stirring often until thickened and creamy, about 10 mins. Stir in the reserved orange zest strips
