Line 8in sq pan with parchment. Melt butter add flour,sugar and salt. Combine - add pistachios. Firmly press mixture into pan. Bake until lightly browned 20 mins.
Whisk together the filling ingredients. When the crust is baked, pour the filling into the pan and bake until set, about 20 mins. Let cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into 2in squares.
