In a small bowl combine goat cheese and herbs until well blended - set aside.
Heat oil and saute mushrooms and bell pepper 8 mins until peppers are tender
Cut polenta into 24 1/4 slices. Place slices on greased baking tray. Broil polenta 5-7 mins per side.

Top with cheese followed by mushroom pepper mixture.
Serve warm.
