Roast pumpkin.
In a large pot saute onion, garlic ginger until onion is clear.
Add pumpkin, water and simmer until pumpkin is soft (maybe 20 mins).
Blend very well with stick blender.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir and adjust for sweet and salty.
