Mix Flour and Baking Powder on a Baking board, in the center put the Spices, Sugar and Eggs and work together, then add the Butter and the Suet and the strained Quark
and all the rest of the ingredients. Add a little Flour if it sticks. Shape into the Stollen, bake for 75 minutes on medium heat (325 deg F?)
Brush and cover while warm
